Kenneth R. Pivo is the managing partner and a founder of Pivo, Halbreich, Martin, Wilson & Amo, LLP. He founded Pivo & Halbreich with Eva S. Halbreich in 1985.

Mr. Pivo’s litigation experience includes medical and hospital malpractice; ERISA; insurance coverage/bad faith; HMO liability; business disputes; professional liability; construction defect; product liability; elder abuse; and hospital staffing and professional licensing. His Trial and Arbitration record includes complicated and high risk birth injury/birth defect cases; wrongful death claims; and contract disputes.
